Dr. Robert P. Buckley is a native of the Capital District, born and raised in Loudonville, NY. He is a proud alumnus of St. Pius X School (Class of 2002) and Colonie Central High School (Class of 2006).
Dr. Rob Buckley completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Syracuse University. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he met his future wife, Dr. Katie Buckley. After obtaining his D.D.S. degree, Dr. Rob Buckley returned to the Albany area and completed a General Practice Residency at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Always looking to learn and grow, Dr. Rob Buckley has completed the program at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning, attended several high-level continuing education courses at Spear Education, completed Invisalign certification and is a former president of the Troy Dental Study Club.
Dr. Rob Buckley states “I’m so excited to be back in my home town and to be able to serve the community that I grew up in. It is very rewarding to build relationships and trust with my patients, and my goal is to create a comfortable environment where I can improve patients' oral health and create positive dental experiences."
Dr. Rob Buckley lives in the capital region with his wife, Dr. Katie Buckley and their two beautiful children. In his free time, Dr. Rob Buckley loves spending time with his family and watching all sports.
