Making the appointment was simple and easy, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. At the appointment I first met with Kelly for a tour of the practice, x-rays and a cleaning. I was able to have a family member sit in the room with me the whole time no problem which was important to me. Could not be happier with the experience. Kelly was very patient, explained everything, answered all my questions, and had a great bedside manner. Then met with Dr. Schumer to go over everything and x-rays. Explained everything clearly including next steps. The practice is well organized, clean, and the receptionists were friendly.
