I am a new patient due to a change in my insurance and I couldn’t be happier. The check in process was quick, the front staff very friendly. My appointment was with Dr Buckley. The Dental Assistant I believe her name was Bethany, (but it was hard to hear because of the need to wear face masks) greeted me warmly, brought me to the room, showed me where to hang my purse and got me settled. She was great, verified my reason for coming in and determined that xrays would be needed. She got those and in a very short time, Dr Buckley came into the exam room and introduced herself. We discussed the issues I was having and she did an exam. She went through the xrays with me in great detail and gave me options for a treatment plan. I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of different times due to a large and what looked liked a very heavy duty protective mask she wore. She accommodated every question I had cheerfully and completely. I left the office feeling comfortable with my treatment plan and that the staff from checkin to checkout genuinely cared about me as a patient. Very, very satisfied.
