I recently had to cancel an appointment for a second time due to my mother passing away. The receptionist was very kind and understanding and kept the open open for me with the ability to cancel as necessary. Also I had a very pleasant experience with the female dentist. She listens well and gives good feedback to your inquiries. She also did a very professional job with a filling. Hardly felt a thing and was able to eat and drink without any discomfort!!j
