I was given a new hygentist and was not warned ahead of time. The Receptionist was not equiped to propertly handle that. She really should have had someone come out and talk to me about the new hygentist and her credentials. She was going to just have the hygentist tell me. I feel this should be done by a supervisor. I had to push for this.
